Activities
Lapham Peak not only has a 45 foot observation tower, but includes three picnic areas, enclosed *shelters, a prairie restoration area, butterfly garden, and an amphitheater. There is also a backpacking campsite located off the Ice Age Trail which runs through Lapham Peak.

Summer Activities
- Hiking - Lapham Peak has four loop hiking trails that that equal to 21.6 miles. The Ice Age Trail, which is not a loop trail, also runs four miles through Lapham Peak Park.
- Mountain Biking / Horseback Riding - For these activities, a multi-use trail is a loop trail that has an outer loop of about five miles with three connecting trails and is located on the west side of County Highway C. To access, go to the Evergreen Grove location which has a trailer unloading area with water and hitching posts.
- Backpack Camping - One campsite is located at Lapham Peak along the Ice Age Trail. This campsite has a pit toilet and a fire ring. For contact and reservation info, go to dnr.wi.gov
- Bird Watching - With more than 135 species of birds that have been recorded at Lapham Peak, one can expect to see an abundant amount of bird life observed from all of the trails. Guided bird hikes are held each spring.

Winter Activities
- Cross-Country Skiing - For this activity, Lapham Peak offers 19.7 miles of trails of which 2.5 miles are lighted for night skiing. Along these trails are two warming shelter buildings. Ski rentals are available on weekends and some evenings. To find out about trail conditions, call (262) 646-4421.
